Resellers, Front Sites and Non-independent EOR Sites
Websites that appear to offer Employer of Record services directly, but which resell another provider's EOR service, or whose services are all performed by another branded EOR. There is nothing necessarily wrong with these websites, and they can often get you a better deal than going to the provider directly. But listing them as EORs would count the underlying provider twice, so for transparency they are listed here.
Researched from company registers and providers' own published terms, and reviewed by a second editor before publication.

What is listed here
A website is listed here when it presents itself as offering Employer of Record services, but the employment is carried out by another, named EOR provider: as a reseller, a white-label or "powered by" arrangement, a front site, or a referral network.
What is not listed here
EOR aggregators and partner-model EORs are not included. These are companies that operate through several EOR partners and manage the relationship themselves. For example, Vistra partners with both Oyster and G-P, so it is not on this list.
Country front sites
Country-specific front sites and brand sites are listed on the relevant country page, under "Websites that are not independent EORs". If you run one of the sites below and employ staff through your own entities, send the evidence through the corrections form.
BambooHR, the HR software company, offers an Employer of Record service inside its platform. Its EOR page labels it "BambooHR Employer of Record, Powered by Remote", and describes it as an embedded EOR service powered by Remote, which performs the employment.
Booth is a talent and hiring company whose global employment offer, BoothOS, is described on its own site as "our global employment platform powered by Deel". Employment is delivered through Deel.
ExpandEOR and its sister site EORWorld share the same template and copy, and both are connected to Expandyte. Expandyte has described itself as a business that does not perform Employer of Record services itself but connects clients with other providers. We have found no evidence that any of the three employs staff in any country, so they are not listed as independent EORs.
Gusto, the US payroll company, offers international hiring through Gusto Global. Its own pages say that for full-time international employees "Gusto partners with Remote for EOR services", and that "EOR services are provided by Remote", under Remote's terms and conditions.
Hire with Columbus markets itself as an Employer of Record, and its terms of service say it acts as the legal employer. Its own homepage, pricing page and FAQ, however, say the service is "Powered by RemoFirst" and runs on RemoFirst's EOR infrastructure. Its meeting scheduler books customers directly with Remofirst. Customers are directed to Remofirst for the EOR relationship, so we do not list Hire with Columbus as an independent EOR. It is also not listed in G2's Employer of Record category: G2 files it under Value-Added Resellers.
Hunt St is an Australian offshore-staffing company focused on the Philippines. Its EOR page says the service is "Powered by Deel, the world's leading EOR platform", at AU$399 a month. Employment is delivered through Deel.
SimplyEOR appears to be a brand of PeoplePay Global. They share a telephone number, and their international addressess are largely identical. As PeoplePay Global is already listed we don't list it separately.
