UK profile

Workwell Global is the international employment brand of the Workwell group, a Watford-headquartered workforce management business. The group's lead company was incorporated on 24 July 1989 as John Stephen Accountancy Services Limited, became JSA Services Limited and was renamed Workwell People Solutions Limited in September 2024. Its own timeline records the move into UK umbrella and limited-company services in 2007, FCSA accreditation in 2011, John Hoskin becoming CEO in 2017 and backing from Universal Partners in 2018. Since then the group has grown by acquisition: PGC Group (US and Canada) in April 2024, Eastridge Workforce Management in 2025 (its 18th acquisition) and Australia's Oncore in 2025.

Its board includes CEO John Hoskin and investor Universal Partners. Workwell Global combines the acquired 6CATS (2022), WhiteFin (2023) and PGC Group (2024) businesses. That these companies employ Workwell Global's Spanish workers is the directory's inference.
