🇧🇷 BrazilVistra combines EOR employment with extensive Brazilian corporate, tax and payroll services. Its local team supports international businesses entering Brazil and managing an established operation, making it especially relevant when hiring is part of a wider incorporation, governance or investment project. Alongside employment and payroll administration, its Brazil services cover company formation, accounting, tax compliance, financial administration and corporate governance. This gives businesses access to the functions needed to move from initial local hires to a fully operating Brazilian company. That operational depth has grown through acquisitions. Vistra’s 2021 acquisition of São Paulo-based Jotaerre added specialised expertise in Brazilian services-tax calculation, collection and payment. The integration strengthened its ability to manage the detailed local administrative requirements that accompany expansion. The acquisition of Biz Latin Hub, completed in 2025, further expanded the group’s Latin American footprint, bringing a business with São Paulo operations and hiring services into the organisation. Together, these capabilities make Vistra a substantial option for companies seeking Brazilian employment support alongside a broader market-entry and corporate-services relationship.

Strengths and watch-outs in Brazil

  • ✓ A substantial Brazilian corporate-services operation supports employment within the wider demands of running a local business. This is useful for expansion teams that need accounting, tax and governance work coordinated with payroll and employee administration.
  • ✓ The Jotaerre acquisition adds a clear strand of Brazilian tax expertise. Companies establishing operations across municipalities can benefit from a provider familiar with the administrative complexity surrounding local business activity.
  • ✓ Biz Latin Hub broadens the regional service relationship around Brazil, combining Latin American market-entry capabilities with Vistra’s international infrastructure. This suits businesses whose Brazilian hiring is one part of an Americas expansion.
  • ✓ Entity setup, ongoing corporate administration and employment services provide scope to plan beyond the first hires. A client can evaluate how its payroll, governance and accounting needs will evolve as the Brazilian operation becomes more substantial.
  • ✗ Vistra’s breadth is most useful when hiring accompanies a wider corporate-services requirement. For a company seeking only one straightforward Brazilian EOR hire, compare the proposed service structure and account-management arrangements with a more narrowly focused employment service.
  • ✗ Employment, incorporation, tax and accounting can involve separate engagements and delivery teams. Agree responsibilities, escalation routes and a consolidated implementation timetable so the Brazilian employee start date aligns with the rest of the expansion project.

Poland profile

Vistra is a global corporate, fund and private client services group established in Hong Kong in 1986 as Offshore Incorporation Limited. It merged with Tricor in 2023, is headquartered in Hong Kong and owned by BPEA EQT, the Asian private equity arm of EQT, and is led by CEO Kim Jenkins. It states 9,000+ experts, 170+ countries served, 200,000 legal entities managed and USD 1 trillion in assets under administration (provider claims). It launched its Employer of Record service in May 2021, says it is available in 85+ countries, and in April 2026 added an EOR partnership with Oyster.

Vistra has operated in Poland since 2004 through Vistra Corporate Services sp. z o.o. (KRS 0000198838, NIP 5262750383), headquartered at Generation Park Z, ul. Towarowa 28, Warsaw, with offices in Kraków, Lublin, Poznań and Wrocław. The company is wholly owned by Vistra CEE Holding Ltd and reported revenue of about PLN 154 million for 2025. Vistra cites 500+ local specialists, 1,000+ entities managed and 13,000+ payslips processed every month in Poland, with ISAE 3402 and ISO 27001 controls. The company was on the KRAZ register of employment agencies from 2011 until it was struck off in February 2013, and it is not listed today.

Its best-documented Polish EOR work is for the toy maker schleich, which appointed Vistra in October 2021 to consolidate its payroll. When schleich moved into Poland before its Polish entity was set up, Vistra employed the staff through its EOR service; it now runs payroll for schleich in nine countries covering 425 employees. EOR pricing is not published. Vistra suits companies that expect to set up their own Polish entity and want EOR, incorporation, accounting and payroll from one provider.

Services in Poland

Employer of RecordVistra employs staff for clients that have no Polish entity and handles onboarding, offboarding, payroll, tax and statutory compliance, with local contracts and ongoing support. It is positioned as a bridge to the client's own entity: in the schleich case, Vistra employed staff in Poland until schleich's Polish company was set up. The Polish employing company and its KRAZ status are not disclosed; Vistra Corporate Services sp. z o.o. left the KRAZ register in 2013.
Global and Polish payrollPayroll for companies with 1 to 1,000 employees in Poland, run under ISAE 3402 controls with an online employee portal. The group runs multi-country payroll on a single platform with a single point of contact and offers general ledger integration, as used by schleich across nine countries and 425 employees.
Entity setup and managementFormation of Polish sp. z o.o. companies, including ready-made companies and directorship services, plus ongoing statutory filings, corporate secretarial work and e-administration. This allows a client to move from EOR to its own entity with the same provider.
Tax and accountingAccounting, tax compliance, e-invoicing and transfer pricing for Polish entities, delivered by the local team in Poland.
Fund and SPV servicesFund administration, real asset structures and SPV management in Poland, including Polish-registered funds operating under the Polish supervisory authority, for investment clients.
EOR through OysterSince April 2026 Vistra clients can also hire through Oyster's EOR platform in 180+ countries, with Vistra providing payroll, tax and entity services around it.

Strengths and watch-outs in Poland

  • ✓ A large, long-established Polish operation that can be verified in the register: Vistra Corporate Services sp. z o.o. has been registered since 2004 (KRS 0000198838), has a named three-person management board, files audited accounts showing revenue of about PLN 154 million for 2025, and runs five offices across Poland.
  • ✓ A documented Polish EOR case: schleich used Vistra's EOR service to employ staff in Poland before its own entity was ready, then moved to Vistra payroll covering nine countries and 425 employees, which shows the EOR-to-entity route working in practice.
  • ✓ A single provider for EOR, sp. z o.o. formation, accounting, tax and e-invoicing, payroll and entity management, which reduces handovers for companies that plan to set up their own Polish entity.
  • ✓ Strong governance credentials: ISAE 3402 and ISO 27001 controls, 13,000+ Polish payslips a month and ownership by BPEA EQT, so it suits finance-led and private-equity-backed buyers.
  • ✓ International reach: EOR in 85+ countries plus access to Oyster's platform in 180+ countries, with one relationship manager across countries.
  • ✗ Vistra does not say which company is the legal employer for Polish EOR staff, and its main Polish company left the KRAZ register in February 2013; clients should ask how temporary-work and agency rules are met and which entity signs the employment contract.
  • ✗ No EOR pricing is published for Poland or any other country, so costs cannot be compared without a quote.
  • ✗ EOR is a small add-on to a corporate and fund services business; no G2, Capterra or Trustpilot client reviews of the EOR service were found, and the April 2026 Oyster partnership leaves it unclear whether new EOR hires are employed by Vistra or by Oyster.
  • ✗ It is better suited to mid-sized and enterprise clients and to entity-building projects than to start-ups wanting a self-serve EOR platform with instant online onboarding.

Reviews

  • No client review profile for Vistra's EOR service was found on G2, Capterra or Trustpilot on the pages accessible to the directory: Not published.
  • Case study testimonial: Robert Marx, Head of HR Global Services Legal & Compliance at schleich, said Vistra 'responded to our requests in a solution-oriented way right from the start' and that onboarding was 'seamless and highly professional' (Vistra case study; provider-published, not independently verified).
