How it operates by country

🇵🇱 PolandBizky (Poland; rooted in the AIP incubator network since 2004) employs and invoices freelancers and staff in Poland without them needing their own business. In Poland Bizky employs and invoices freelancers and staff through its own Polish structure.
🇬🇧 United KingdomDedicated UK page states that Bizky hires employees on the client's behalf and administers contracts, salaries, taxes, benefits and social contributions. Service model: UK EOR — provider claim. Entity information: Bizky sp. z o.o. (website administrator); UK employer unnamed. Website terms identify the Polish operator. Other Bizky services involve Fundacja AIP, but this is not evidence that AIP is the UK employer. Included on explicit UK EOR claim. The UK page also contains stray references to Poland; UK employing entity and contract must be confirmed. Location information: Al. Ks. Poniatowskiego 1, staircase K4, level 1, 03-901 Warsaw, Poland; [email protected] | +48 539 866 472.

Poland profile

Bizky is a Warsaw-based platform best known for invoicing without a registered business (Bizky Freelance), which has added an Employer of Record service for Poland and, through partner entities, 20+ other European countries. The brand grew out of Fundacja Akademickie Inkubatory Przedsiębiorczości (AIP), founded in 2004 by Dariusz Żuk, Jacek Aleksandrowicz and Mariusz Turski; Bizky's own blog describes the rebrand as "AIP zmienia się w Bizky". It claims 23,000+ freelancers, 1 million+ invoices and $100m+ paid out (provider claims).

The operating company is Bizky sp. z o.o. (KRS 0000312229, NIP 7010150265), registered in 2008 as AIP Group sp. z o.o. and renamed bChange sp. z o.o. in 2017 and Bizky sp. z o.o. in October 2023, so the bChange entity a competitor cites is the same company under its former name. Its sole management board president carries the initials D. A. Ż., consistent with Dariusz Żuk, and Fundacja AIP and AIP Seed ASI S.A. are its largest shareholders. The company does not appear in the KRAZ register of employment agencies, so it cannot act as a licensed temporary work agency (agencja pracy tymczasowej). Fundacja AIP held KRAZ entry 6406 from 2010 until it was struck off in June 2021.

Pricing is published but inconsistent. The Polish EOR page lists PLN 349, 299 and 249 per employee per month by headcount band, while the English Poland page quotes from EUR 299 plus a refundable deposit of about one month's employer cost. It claims onboarding in about five days. The English pages still contain unfilled template placeholders, including the legal entity name, NIP and KRS in the footer. Clutch shows 4.8/5 from four reviews. Trustpilot hides the score for a guidelines breach and says it removed many fake reviews.

Poland facts

Polish employing entityBizky's English pages say Poland hires are employed by "Bizky's own Polish company" with no partner, but they do not name the entity; the footer shows the placeholder "[Legal entity name] · NIP [number] · KRS [number]". The website terms name Bizky sp. z o.o. as operator and the privacy policy names the same KRS under the former name BeChange sp. z o.o. Which company signs EOR employment contracts could not be confirmed from published documents.

Services in Poland

Employer of Record in PolandBizky acts as legal employer, prepares the contract through its in-house lawyers, registers the employee with ZUS, runs monthly payroll, PIT and PPK, and issues one monthly invoice, while the client recruits, sets pay and directs the work. Its English page quotes from EUR 299 per employee per month and about five days to onboard. The Polish page quotes PLN 349 to 249 by headcount and allows a single trial hire.
Freelance invoicing (Bizky Freelance and Prime)The company's original business, inherited from the AIP incubator model. Individuals can issue VAT invoices without registering a business, with Bizky handling accounting, tax and contributions, for a 4.5% commission or a subscription (Prime at PLN 350 per month). Bizky also offers it to clients whose Polish contractors want to stay on B2B terms.
Visa and legalisation supportHandles work authorisation for non-EU staff in-house, including oświadczenie o powierzeniu pracy cudzoziemcowi, zezwolenie na pracę typu A, the combined temporary residence and work permit (karta pobytu) and the notification procedure for Ukrainian citizens. The Polish page lists legalisation of stay at PLN 0 for Prime users.
Non-Residential EmployerFor EU companies that want to employ Polish staff directly without a branch. Bizky registers the foreign employer with ZUS and runs payroll, and no deposit is required. Under this model the client, not Bizky, is the legal employer.
Blue Collar StaffingHourly workers for hotels, warehouses and production, employed by a licensed agency partner, with one English-speaking Bizky contact. Bizky has no KRAZ entry of its own, so this route depends on a third-party temporary work agency.
EOR in EuropeEmployment in 20+ European countries, including Germany, the Netherlands, Ukraine and Turkey, through local partner entities that Bizky selects and audits, under one master agreement and one invoice. Only Poland uses Bizky's own entity, and prices outside Poland are not published (shown as "from EUR [Y]").
Payroll and accountingPayroll, ZUS filings and full bookkeeping for companies with their own Polish entity, plus a company car add-on for EOR employees with benefit tax handled in payroll.

Strengths and watch-outs in Poland

  • ✓ Long-established Warsaw operator: the company behind Bizky has been on the KRS since 2008, files annual accounts every year, and is controlled by Fundacja AIP, which the KRS shows was founded in 2004.
  • ✓ Published per-employee pricing with volume discounts (PLN 349, 299 and 249 on the Polish page; from EUR 299 on the English page), billed only for months in which payroll runs and with no long-term commitment stated.
  • ✓ Flexible Poland-specific options beyond standard EOR, including Non-Residential Employer for EU companies, B2B invoicing through Bizky Freelance, payroll for own entities and in-house visa and legalisation support.
  • ✓ Clutch shows 4.8/5 from four reviews (cost 4.9), with clients including ALOIS Solutions and CustomerHero praising response times and onboarding.
  • ✓ Claimed onboarding of about five business days and a named account manager rather than a ticket queue (provider claims).
  • ✗ Not a licensed temporary work agency: Bizky sp. z o.o. has no KRAZ entry, so it cannot offer the tripartite model in which the client is formally the user employer (pracodawca użytkownik) with the right to direct the employee day to day. Blue-collar placements go through a partner agency, and the AIP foundation's own KRAZ entry was struck off in 2021.
  • ✗ Its published information is inconsistent: the Polish page prices in PLN tiers and lists umowa o dzieło and zlecenie, the English page prices from EUR 299, and the live English pages still show placeholders for the legal entity, NIP, KRS, deposit amount, benefit providers and ISO status.
  • ✗ Review signals are weak: Trustpilot hides Bizky's score for breaching its guidelines and says it removed many fake reviews, the Bizky site advertises a 4.1/5 Trustpilot rating from 102 reviews that Trustpilot does not display, and recent one-star reviews describe slow support and unclear charges.
  • ✗ The company's background and most of its reviews come from freelancer invoicing rather than formal employment. Its EOR outside Poland relies entirely on partner entities, at prices it does not publish.

Reviews

  • Trustpilot (pl.trustpilot.com, read 26 October 2026): rating withheld, with the notice "Ocena tej firmy jest niedostępna z powodu naruszenia naszych wytycznych" (rating unavailable due to a guidelines breach) and "Usunęliśmy wiele fałszywych recenzji dla tej firmy" (many fake reviews removed). There are 124 reviews (43 in the last 12 months), split 77% five-star, 3% four-star, 2% three-star, 6% two-star and 12% one-star. Most concern Bizky Freelance invoicing. Recent one-star reviews (September and October 2026) cite slow replies, a one-hour monthly phone limit, payment delays and an outdated panel. Bizky's English pages advertise "4.1/5 on Trustpilot · 102 reviews", a figure not shown on Trustpilot.
  • Clutch (Bizky EOR profile): 4.8/5 from 4 reviews (quality 4.8, schedule 4.8, cost 4.9, willing to refer 4.9), all posted 12 to 18 March 2026. Reviewers include Vikas Sharma, VP Delivery UK/EU at ALOIS Solutions (4.5, EOR since March 2025: "We're impressed with their transparency and accountability"), Marcin Racino, co-founder of CustomerHero (5.0), and HR staff at two overseas EOR and HR firms that use Bizky as their Polish partner. Bizky's site claims "5.0/5 on Clutch".
  • G2 and Google: no G2 listing for Bizky could be found, and a Google Business rating could not be confirmed from the pages accessible to the directory.
  • Reddit: no substantive Reddit discussion of Bizky's EOR service could be identified.
